("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the InMetrics mobile application and any related website at c6isr.xyz (together, the "Service"). 2.1 Information you provide

• Support communication: If you contact us by email (for example, at c6isr.apps@gmail.com), we may receive your email address, name, and any other information you include.
• In-app feedback (if available): If you send feedback or bug reports through the app, we may receive the details you include (such as a description of the issue).

2.2 Device and usage data

To understand how the app is used and to improve performance and stability, we may collect:

• Device model, operating system version, language, and country
• App version, crash logs, and performance data
• General interaction with the app (screens visited, app open frequency, and similar metrics)

This data is typically collected in an anonymized or pseudonymized form and does not allow us to identify you directly.

• Product identifiers (for example, which subscription you purchased)

• Platform information (for example, Google Play)

Payment processing is handled by the app store and/or our billing provider; we do not receive or store your full payment card information.

3. Third-Party Services

3.1 Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics)

We use Firebase services provided by Google to analyze how users interact with the app, monitor app stability and crashes, and improve the quality of the Service. Google may collect identifiers such as device IDs, installation IDs, and usage information. For details, see the Google Privacy Policy.

3.2 Google AdMob

We may display ads using Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may collect and use mobile advertising identifiers and other information to show relevant ads and measure performance. You can learn more at Google advertising technologies, and you can reset or limit ad tracking in your device settings.

3.3 RevenueCat (subscriptions)

We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat receives information such as the app and platform you use, purchase history, active subscriptions (product IDs and purchase dates), and similar data to verify purchases and unlock premium features. • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and abuse
• Manage in-app purchases and subscriptions

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Legal Bases (EEA/UK Users)

• Performance of a contract: To provide the Service and its features.
• Legitimate interests: To improve the Service, prevent fraud, and ensure security and stability.

• Purchase and subscription records are kept only as long as needed to fulfill legal and accounting obligations.

If you uninstall the app, locally stored data used for InMetrics functionality is removed from your device.

The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure; if we become aware of a data incident affecting your personal information, we will investigate, mitigate, and notify you and relevant authorities where required by law.
