All content and materials in the InView application, including the app name, logo, design, text, graphics, icons, images, software code, and other elements ("Content"), are the intellectual property of InView or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
2. Permitted Use
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any part of the Content except as expressly permitted by InView or allowed under applicable law.
3. Prohibited Use
Any unauthorized use of the Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws and is strictly prohibited.
